Hack Any Webpage Content – Speed Post — Tech goodness in under 5 seconds! —

Hack the Content of Any Webpage

Here is another JavaScript browser hack for you. Type or copy and paste:

javascript:document.body.contentEditable='true'; document.designMode='on'; void 0

into your browser's address bar. If the "javascript:" at the beginning disappears, replace it manually. The webpage that you are on will now be editable. You can delete text or images or even add your own. Like the moving images hack, this trick is mostly novel, but it can be useful if you want censor a webpage's content before showing it to someone. Do not worry. There is nothing illegal about this hack. It does not alter the actual website. It only makes it editable within YOUR browser.

BONUS USAGE: Prank someone into thinking that the local (or national) newspaper or news station did a story about you.

BONUS BONUS USAGE: Prank the OpenStudy developers into thinking I found a way to hack the OS site. Sorry guys! :D
